As a professional, mindfulness will be one of the best tools to help you succeed. Being in sync with yourself and your goals allows your mind to subconsciously guide you toward what you desire in life. When you are at odds with yourself, you miss out on opportunities. For example, if you say you want to be successful, but you are always saying self-deprecating statements like “I don’t deserve to succeed,” your subconscious mind will pick up on that and will not guide you toward success. By practicing how to increase mindfulness and keeping our thoughts, words, and actions in sync, we can drive ourselves toward things that grow us.

The 3 Components to Your Mind: What They Mean for Mindfulness
Your mind is comprised of the higher power, the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. When all three are working in sync, you’re unstoppable. You have clarity of purpose, and you can think, act, and see things clearer than when your components are at odds. Things tend to go your way when you are in sync because your subconscious guides you toward opportunities.
You may have seen this before when you see someone in the zone on stage, in a sporting event, or at work. It seems like they are unstoppable, and they’re having the best performance (whatever that looks like in their case) of their life.
How to Get Into “The Zone”
Everyone is different in how they get into this “zone” where they are entirely in sync. Some people choose meditation. Others choose to exercise. We all approach how we put ourselves in this space a little differently. Try out some different things and see what works for you. Once you find it, it will lead you to the clarity necessary to achieve your financial goals.
Mindfulness Through Your Conscious and Subconscious Mind
Your conscious mind carries out the instructions from your subconscious mind. They change the way your subconscious mind guides you, you need to give it instructions on what to do clearly. Out loud, tell your subconscious mind what to do, where to go, how to act, how to make proper judgments, and how to make better business decisions. Even if you don’t have clear steps, do your best to give your subconscious guidance vocally. Repeat what you want often and give clear instructions on how to achieve it.
When you are in your higher mind – in total alignment – your subconscious mind will take those instructions and deliver them. It’s incredible how just speaking what you want into existence can allow your mind to guide you toward experiences, solutions, and steps to achieve your goals and dreams.
Things You Can Do Today to Increase Your Mindfulness
Your subconscious mind is such a powerful tool that can create the most amazing things. To get the process started, there are two methods you can use to manifest the things you want in life.
Speak Affirmations Aloud
One of the best ways to attract the things you want in life is to speak them aloud. Pick around 3-5 affirmations that resonate with you. Repeat these aloud or record yourself and play them aloud every single day. By repeating these phrases, you are allowing fantasy to become a reality. You are telling your conscious mind that these things are real. As you repeat your affirmation, it will begin to seep into your subconscious mind and attract the things you want.
Immerse Yourself in Wealth
Lastly, immerse yourself in wealth. Go to a place that symbolizes wealth to you. It could be a nice restaurant, a neighborhood, a fancy lounge, genuinely anywhere that you see yourself in the future. Spend some time there and allow your mind to envision you in this space. Make your symbol of wealth a reality in your mind. Sit down and have an appetizer at the restaurant. Sit in the lounge of the fancy hotel or get a drink from the bar. Immersing yourself in places that you view as wealthy will reprogram your brain to view you as wealthy. It opens up a more abundant way of thinking.
Your mind is a powerful tool, and you owe it to yourself to use it correctly to help guide you toward the things you want most in life. Take the time to get your conscious and subconscious mind in sync and start letting it work for you. Manifest the wealth and abundance you want in your own life, and don’t let your negative thoughts get in the way of your success.
