Chris has been in real estate for almost 30 years. His experience ranges from constructing new homes in the ‘90s and owning a Realty Executive Franchise to running his own investments (commercial & residential) and coaching clients throughout North America.
Today, Chris runs his own buying and selling businesses with his family team, which purchases 2-5 properties monthly, so they’re in the trenches every single week. They also help their Associates and students do the exact same thing all across North America, working together on another 10-15 properties every month.
Having been through several real estate cycles, Chris understands the challenges of this business and helps students navigate the constantly changing real estate waters.
Zachary is an Amazon Best-Selling Author of The New Rules of Real Estate Investing and co-host of the Smart Real Estate Coach Podcast. He is a Partner, COO, and Coach at Smart Real Estate Coach. In September 2020, they released a revised edition of Real Estate On Your Terms, which Zach co-authored.
At the age of 25, Zach decided to leave the world of bartending and personally training and jump into the family business. It was one of the first big risks that he took in his life, as nothing was guaranteed. Plus, he knew absolutely nothing about real estate. Through hard work, in-house training, and implementation, Zach has now completed over 100 deals and growing. On top of that, he coaches students around the country on how to buy and sell property just like his family still does. Now, as a group, they buy and sell 20-30 properties a month with a predictable and scalable system, controlling between $60 million+ of real estate at any one time with little to no money in the deal and no banks involved.
Zach has been in the business for over 4 years and now runs all operations of Smart Real Estate Coach, on top continuing to coach his students and Associates. He has an amazing wife Kayla and two small children, his son Remi and his daughter Bellamy. He is a prime example of how to be successful both in business and at home.
In 2003, Nick was in a snowboarding accident that left him in a coma for over 3 weeks. The doctors told his parents that he probably wouldn’t walk, talk, or eat on his own again. Less than 3 months later, he was running out of Franciscan Children’s hospital. Now a Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer, Nick speaks to groups that benefit from his message of overcoming adversity.
Nick grew up in the real estate industry and got started on his own at an early age. Most notably, he was knocking on Pre-Foreclosure doors at 16 and 17, doing up to 50 doors a day. This experience helped shape Nick’s real estate career.
Now, Nick specializes in working with lease purchasers to get them into a home and on the path to home ownership. Regardless of a buyer’s credit situation, he looks at their complete financial picture and comes up with a plan to get them into a home.
Ryan is the CMO at Smart Real Estate Coach. He leads our in-house creative team and handles all facets of our Marketing department, as well as overseeing media services provided to the Wicked Smart Community.
He began designing websites and started playing with analog video editing when he was in elementary school during the mid-1990s. Since the late 2000s, after enlistment in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician, Ryan has been working in the field of communications. Rising through the ranks as a Senior Designer, he held the role of Creative Director at multiple companies before joining the team at SREC.
Ryan is a passionate fan of Boston Sports and loves writing/performing comedy. In his free time, he enjoys reading, concerts, and film. Ryan lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
Greg is the CFO for Smart Real Estate Coach. He has an extensive background in accounting, real estate, and business coaching which creates a perfect fit for helping our team stay on top of the financials and achieve sustained and consistent business growth. Greg has a passion for numbers and analytics and works with the team to make sure that the numbers make sense, a proper strategy is in place, and the bottom line is always moving in the right direction.
Greg is a native of Atlanta, an avid tennis player, and author of the book “Mental Toughness 101” which helps athletes achieve focus, confidence, and resilience.
Peter Taunton founded one of the largest wellness brands in the world with over 6,000 franchises or licenses across 3 brands in 28 countries — LIFT Brands. He was named Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Peter is a Forbes School Knowledge Innovation Center instructor. His business accomplishments have been well-recognized by the business community. His companies have been featured in many business and industry publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur 500, Inc 5000, Top Global, and Franchise 500.
Peter also wrote a #1 best-selling book called “Impossible Hill” which shares 30 years of real life stories laying out the mindset that helped Peter build his business empire.

Kristen Gallant works on Business Development at Smart Real Estate Coach. She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago where she studied Business Management. Kristen has many years of experience in management, marketing, and sales where she has worked alongside Fortune 500 companies.
Kristen is involved in her local community by volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club, as well as the Donor Appreciation Network. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband. She is also an avid equestrian, competing locally on the hunter/jumper and dressage circuit.
Brian O’Neill was born in New York, moved to Florida at age 5 and spent most of his life there. He attended Florida State University and then, at the age of 30, he moved to Chicago. Brian has been there for 17 years now and has a wonderful wife, Katie, who he has been married to for 10 years. Together, they have a 9-year-old son named Will. They love spending time with each other and taking family vacations, just the 3 of them. In his spare time, Brian likes to play golf, read, and play sports with his son.
Kelsie was born and raised in Southern Illinois. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University where she earned a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling and Business Administration. After graduating, she relocated to California. Kelsie has many years of experience in a variety of service provisions, including therapy, program evaluation, and teaching. Kelsie is very passionate about working in business administration. As our Community Director, she is dedicated to creating a supportive environment and quality experience for our associates during their journey within the Wicked Smart Community.
Kelsie is involved in her local community by helping the homeless population in Los Angeles. She also frequently volunteers with local animal rescue groups and shelters. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Gigi, and cat, Blu.
Greg and Cami Goucher are happily married and have a blended family of 5 kids. They joined Smart Real Estate Coach in the Spring of 2019, with the goal of building a family business in real estate, going High 6, leaving their full-time jobs in the corporate world and becoming coaches for the company to help others achieve their dreams. With commitment, strategic goal planning, and help from Chris, the team, and the Wicked Smart Community these goals were all reached within 15 months.
Cami & Greg are dedicated to growing and scaling their real estate business for the future wealth of their family, as well as giving back to those who have helped them in their life journey. They have a strong passion for helping blended families and have served couples in their journey in blending their families. They enjoy coaching others in the Wicked Smart Community and seeing the success and transformation that happens when determination is matched with consistent action.
Their other love interests include traveling (especially to the Caribbean), cooking together, and their dog Jake (he’s the “ours child”)!
Lauren & Steve are the founders of Professional Home Solutions, LLC, based in eastern Connecticut. Steve serves as the company’s Acquisitions Director and loves crafting up creative solutions for sellers, while Lauren works as Sales Director and enjoys helping deserving buyers achieve their goal of home ownership.
When not working on their own business, they are mentoring other investors who wish to learn the terms niche of real estate.
In their free time, they are with their two young children and two dogs. Steve can also be considered a Cornhole connoisseur, so you may find him outside perfecting his form.
