When is the event taking place?

Our general session is March 29 & 30, 2023 and we’ll be having a closed-doors session for Associates and VIPs on Friday, March 31, 2023.

Where is the event being held?

This year’s Wicked Smart Summit will be held in the Atlantic Pavilion Ballroom at the Wyndham Newport Hotel, 240 Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown, Rhode Island.

When should I arrive?

Depending on how far you're traveling to be with us, it would probably be best to arrive on Tuesday, March 28th as we'll be getting started early on Wednesday. Each morning, we’ll open up the lobby roughly one hour prior to the start of the event. It’s a great way to have your morning coffee and chat with other attendees before the day kicks off!

Is there a block rate available for rooms?

There is! Call the Wyndham Newport Hotel at (401) 236-2020 and mention “Wicked Smart” when making your reservation in order to claim the group discount.

Do I have to stay at the Wyndham Newport Hotel? Is there other lodging in the area?

You’re free to stay wherever you like for the duration of the event, as there are plenty of choices in both Newport and Middletown. Though, we can only speak to the quality of the Wyndham and will not be offering transportation to and from any of the other hotels.

I'm flying in for the event. Where should I land?

The closest airport is T.F. Green International in Warwick, RI. The event is located roughly 30 miles south of there and accessible via Uber or Lyft. Though, you'll likely have more luck finding direct flights in and out of Logan International Airport in Boston, MA. That ride will be roughly 90 minutes from the terminal to the hotel.
