Refund Policy

Effective August 6, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through smartrealestatecoach.com and wickedsmartacademy.com.

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee – Digital Products
For all digital products, including the 3 Paydays® Apprentice Program, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Important: The 3 Paydays® Apprentice Program includes a ticket to both the In the Trenches Bootcamp and 3 Paydays® Live. If either ticket is redeemed (i.e., the attendee registers or attends either event) within the first 30 days, the refund policy is void and the customer is no longer eligible for a refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

2. Associate-Level Programs – All Sales Final
All Associate-level programs (Starter, Immersion, and High 6) are non-refundable.
Once the Associate Agreement is signed and payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued. These programs include access to coaching, tools, and dedicated staff time, which are considered consumed upon enrollment.

3. Leave of Absence
Associates may request a leave of absence for up to four (4) weeks as outlined in Section 2.2.1 of the Associate Agreement. Longer absences may result in program termination unless a reactivation fee of $5,000 is paid.

4. Consultant-Initiated Cancellation
If, within the first 180 days of enrollment, the Consultant determines the Associate is not a good fit, the Consultant may, at their sole discretion, cancel the agreement and issue a refund.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations initiated after 180 days, including those due to inactivity or non-performance (“for cause”).
