Where is the event being held?

This year’s QLS Live Event will be held at the Wyndham Newport Hotel, 240 Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown, Rhode Island.

Is there a block rate available for rooms?

There is! Call the Wyndham Newport Hotel at (401) 236-2020 and mention “Smart Real Estate Coach” when making your reservation in order to claim the group discount.

Is there an option to attend virtually?

Yes, there is. As we reacclimate to regular business travel, we understand that some students simply may not be ready or able to participate in a large group setting. Therefore, QLS Live 2022 will be a hybrid event. All registrants will receive links to be able to attend virtually, should they choose to do so.

When should I arrive?

We will open up the lobby roughly one hour prior to the start of the event. It’s a great way to have your morning coffee and chat with other attendees before the day kicks off!

Can I bring a spouse or a guest?

Sure! If you're going to be joining us in person, just reach out to someone on our support team (support@smartrealestatecoach.com) and ask for a guest pass. If you're attending virtually, anyone that you can fit in front of your computer screen is more than welcome to watch.
