1. Can someone new to real estate really do this?
Yes. Most of our successful students started with no experience. If they’re coachable and consistent, this works.
2. What’s the time commitment like each week?
It varies. Some students work on this 5–10 hours/week while others go full-time. Our team helps them create a strategy that fits their schedule.

3. How quickly can someone get started?
Immediately. Once they purchase the program, they receive instant access to their training portal and onboarding. A team member reaches out within 1–2 business days to guide next steps.

4. What does it cost to run the business?
They can start with just the program—no extra tools needed. As they grow, they may choose to add systems like a phone dialer or CRM, but it’s not required.

6. What’s the difference between 3 Paydays® System — Mastery Course and Apprentice?
The 3 Paydays® System — Mastery Course is a self-paced foundation. Apprentice adds coaching, live support, and community access to help them implement and stay accountable.
7. What’s the difference between Apprentice and the Associate levels?
Associates get personal coaching, help with real deals, and direct access to our team for seller calls, contract review, and more. Apprentice is for independent action-takers who want group support.

8. Can someone upgrade later?
Yes. Apprentice students can upgrade at any time and get full credit for what they paid. Some do this after completing their training—others upgrade sooner based on their goals.
9. Do they need to apply to join?
No application is needed for Apprentice. For the Associate levels (Starter, Immersion, or High 6), there is an application process.

10. Can someone join Starter, Immersion, or High 6 directly?
Yes. They can:
- Let Zach know at the event
- Schedule a strategy call
- Or purchase Apprentice and apply the full credit toward an upgrade
