HubSpot CRM Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will maximize the efficiency of our CRM, the data inside it, and use the software to improve customer care. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of non-technical to technical operations within HubSpot that will require the ability to quickly adapt and learn business processes and understand complex systems. Most importantly, this position will have a focus on the ongoing development and support of sales & marketing automation.
Your Primary Responsibilities in this role will be to:
  • Establish workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
  • Design campaigns, lead capture forms, landing pages, and email templates
  • Manage functionality of 3rd party software integration, namely WooCommerce
  • Analyze, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure high quality data standards
  • Gather analytics and assemble marketing reports based on information from the CRM
  • Meet regularly with the sales and marketing teams to refine ongoing projects
  • Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the CRM
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including onboarding of new users
  • Create training resources, instructing the team on best practices and how to use the CRM
  • Occasionally support the scheduling of regular email broadcasts or social posts
  • Conduct various other marketing and sales systems projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is for a person who:
  • Has expertise in the CRM software and holds certification(s) from HubSpot Academy
  • Can collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues
  • Is extremely organized, able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a high level of attention to detail, managing the integrity of marketing systems and the CRM data
  • Is skilled in resolving technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests
  • Has a sense of urgency and can rise to the occasion

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH

This is a full-time position with a starting wage of $24 – $27 per hour, based on experience, with a range of benefits available after reaching specific employment benchmarks.
